Joan Scarlett

Mrs. Joan Scarlett of Wynne, Arkansas, died Friday, November 25, 2016 at CrossRidge Community Hospital, she was 86. Joan was born in Cherry Valley, Arkansas, on October 21, 1930 to Clinton and Frances Faulkner Foust. She was an E.R. Nurse and also Dr. Barker for 18 years. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy's fan. Survivors are her daughter, Pamela Farris and husband Jon of Wynne, sons, Winton Scarlett and wife Rosanda, Martin Scarlett of Tupelo, Mississippi, Kelly Scarlett of Wynne, Clinton P. Scarlett of Wynne, grandchildren, Scarlett Lee Farris, Steven Dennis, Joathan Dennis, David Scarlett, Ben Scarlett, Katie Herring, Laney Lloyd, Clinton Tyler Scarlett, and Allison Ann Scarlett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winton L. "Sonny" Scarlett, two 2 brothers and three sisters. Visitation will be Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 1 PM until 2 PM at Kernodle Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 2 PM. Burial will be in Misner Cemetery in Cherry Valley, Arkansas.
