Jimmie Lou Loveless

Mrs. Jimmie Lou Loveless, 77, of Wynne, Arkansas, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at her home. Jimmie was born in Parkin, Arkansas, on September 14, 1943, to the late Joe and Mary Bickerstaff May. She grew up in a loving and hard-working family with seven siblings, Bob, Bill, Minnie, Dorothy, Agnas, Judy, and Joe "Buddy". In 1968, she married Jerry Loveless. They made Wynne and Colt communities their home. Jimmie worked for a while at Addison Shoe Company and Halstead, but the job she loved most was being a wife, mother and Nana. She always showed her love in big ways and was a "Nana" to everyone. Jimmie was a great cook and loved cooking for her family. Jimmie was a member of Fitzgerald Crossing Baptist Church. She was a true example of loving Christian woman. She was blessed with many friends who all brought her joy and laughter. Jimmie is survived by her husband, Jerry Loveless of Wynne, son, Chris Loveless and Kimberly of Forrest City, stepson, Scott Loveless of Harrison, Arkansas, daughters, Crystal Loveless of Wynne, Diane Kellon and Tim of Arlington, Tennessee, stepdaughter, Judy Loveless of Tennessee, grandchildren, Shelby Clark, Alexa Loveless, Sarah and Savannah Kellon, Scotty Loveless and Rachel Boles. She is also survived by brothers, Bob May of Wynne and Bill May of Hickory Ridge, sisters, Minnie Pittman of Bartlett and Dorothy Grantham of Wynne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mary Bickerstaff May, grandchild, Delinda Loveless, sisters, Agnas Melton, Judy Martin, and brother, Joe "Buddy May. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2021, from 1 to 2 PM at Kernodle Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 with Rev. Kirk Martin officiating. Burial will be in Halk Cemetery, Hwy 64, Wynne.
